?How do you finalize pricing for a bridal gownWe do a la carte pricing, meaning we only charge you for the things you need, and we'll give you a full breakdown at the end of your first fitting.
-
?How much time do you need to work on a bridal gownThe more time is always better for us, especially if you are thinking of changing the the design on parts of your dress i.e lowering the back, making sleeves, changing the neckline. This is because those are very time intensive things we need to do. For general alterations we like around 3-5 months, and we keep the dress until around 2 weeks before the wedding.
-
?What is your processWe normally do 3 fittings for bridal that space out within your time frame with the last one being about 2 weeks from your wedding date. More time is always better especially if you are an evenings or weekends person because those time slots fill up the fastest.

?Do you do consultationsIf you come in for a consultation/ a hard quote and take the dress with you after the fitting- meaning you are still looking around for alteration places- there will be a $40 consultation fee. If you know you'd like to work with us there will not be a consultation fee because you are committed to working with our shop.
-
?What does my $20 appointment fee go towardsThe $20 appointment fee is to ensure that you keep your appointment with us! We have had issues in the past with people booking and not showing up for their appointments and the booking fee just ensures that you are committed to coming in.
-
?What should I bring to my appointmentPlease bring the shoes you plan to wear, or something that is a similar height. Also any shapewear or accessories in order to see everything together.
-
?Who should I bringYou should bring the most supportive and decisive people in your life to your bridal fittings. People who are available for multiple fittings and have your ultimate vision in mind are the best people to bring along. We have many brides who have come alone and are more than happy navigating it by themselves, but if you need some support bringing people who have your back are the best people to have with you.
-
?What about my other outfitsPlease bring your rehearsal dinner and reception outfits with you as soon as possible. If you don't bring them until your final fitting we cannot guarantee that we will have the time to work on them.
